Driver Education Classes and Training Instruction Include:

• 30 credited hours of on-line course work.
• 5 hours of classroom instruction with a state certified instructor.
• 8 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a certified instructor in a specially equipped drivers training vehicle.

Requirements to participate in driver training:

• 15 years old or older.
• Must have a valid instruction permit.

Obtaining a drivers license is an exciting and big step in life. A drivers license gives a new found freedom but that freedom comes with a large responsibility.

The AK Drive State Certified Instructors will teach valuable defensive driving techniques while instructing on our local roads and highways. This instruction will give the student the skills that are essential to successful driving.
